Conceptual Design
Every project begins with an on-site consultation and a thoughtful review of your property, goals, lifestyle, and design preferences. We take time to understand how you want to use your outdoor space, identify opportunities, and establish a clear direction for the project that will fit within the client's budget. From the beginning, our goal is to create an outdoor environment that complements your home, adds functional outdoor living space, and enhances the property's overall aesthetics.
Design Development
Once we understand your goals, we develop the concept into a detailed design plan. This stage allows us to refine the layout, materials, and overall continuity before any construction has begun. During this process we will consider practical details such as sight conditions, drainage, and any HOA or local municipality requirements that may be involved. Planning through all of these details in the design phase will greatly assist the build process once construction begins. Clear communication throughout the design phase keeps everyone aligned on the project’s full scope and overall vision for the property. Designs vary in price but you can generally expect roughly five to ten percent of the total project cost.
Build Process
With the design finalized, the stage is set for our team to bring the vision to life. Because Edisto Landscaping and Design is involved from concept through construction, the same care and attention to detail carries through every stage of the project.
